Originally starting as an importer, distributing a large variety of roller, agricultural, and engineering chains, AMEC has expanded to include power transmission parts, sprockets, sheaves, bushings, timing pulleys, set collars and bearings, gears and gear racks, and motor & gear reducers. AMEC reorganized in 2002 to include its own machinery transmission foundry and offices overseas. This was a strategic step that allowed AMEC to guarantee the highest quality products on time and at the best prices.
